Broccoli Broth

I added a teaspoon of vegetable broth powder to the purple-tinted water the broccoli got cooked in.

Hey presto!  A low-calorie soup(ish), only 12 cals, ready in 3 mins.

If you wanted it to fill you up for longer than five minutes you could always add some chicken and/or noodles.  It was meant to be lunch but turned into a starter with more to follow.  After all that digging my stomach easily won the battle it briefly had with my brain.
