Sixth year of making red wine from grapes, first ever attempt at a plum wine.
In the picture of the pitted plums in a red bowl, the kilner jar on the right is filled with plums, sugar and vodka. It’s nothing to do with the wine. I’ve got two of those marinading, they’ll be ready in time for Christmas.
And in the next image, on the left is the red wine in a glass demijohn, the bin on the right contains the fermenting plum juice.
