This time last year I was busy making wooden frames for raised strawberry beds, but things didn’t go quite to plan. I ended up using those frames with nets over them to protect vulnerable plants from pillaging wildlife. So I now have two venues for strawberry-picking ~ plants growing wild at the allotment, and this planter which has been growing in the garden for a couple of years now.
And here’s a picture of my freshly-picked breakfast from the other day.
